Dresscode

Women

• Business suit is to be worn at all times, the definition of a business suit is a garment consisting of at least two parts of the same fabric and color.
• All business suits should be worn with skirts or pants. Shorts or other garments are NOT allowed
Skirts should be worn in all activities including external persons.
• Skirtlengths should NOT be shorter than four inches over the knee.
• Jackets should be worn buttoned up all the time.
• In the case of a cleavage ones own judgment is the rule but modesty should be applied.
• Shoes should be well polished and have a heelheight of at least 3 inches.
• Stockings in some form should be worn all year long.
• This policy should be applied at all times, including to and from work and during lunch and other external activities.
• Make up should be used and applied so that it is clearly visible.
• Colours on hair and makeup should be publically adressed as normal.
• Repeated violations of this policy will be punished with salary deduction and finally termination of employment
